My journey began in the corporate world, where I poured my heart and soul into climbing the career ladder. Degrees, skills, and dedication were my arsenal, but the path was grueling.
There came a point when the relentless pace left me burnt out, hollow, and disenchanted. Despite the achievements, I found myself on a path that didn't align with my passion or purpose. It was a tough decision, but I chose to step away, to pause, and to reassess.
During this hiatus, I delved into introspection, reconnecting with my core desires and strengths. That's when it hit me - my experiences, education, and struggles weren't just personal trials. They were a blueprint, a roadmap to help others navigate these very same challenges.

Dr. DaShaunda, your Passion-to-Profit Coach and Business Growth Strategist, has over 17 years experience in growing small businesses.
She served as c-suite executive for small businesses and non-profits where she contributed substantial growth through strategy, training of leaders, and establishing systems that substantially increased efficiencies and revenues in short periods of time.
During her dissertation study on Black Women Business Owners and the legal, social, and economic challenges faced in business for her doctoral degree, Dr Turner identified both a clear need and passion to create a model to help these women grow and scale their businesses beyond the perceived challenges identified. With a clear vision in sight, she made the LEAP to transition from her career to full-time entrepreneurship.
After disappointments, failures, and tweaks, she has created a system that helps women entrepreneurs scale their business while decreasing the time they work in their business. She is now ready to do the same for you!
